Temenos Digital Assist
On submitting an SME Onboarding application in the Origination app, the user will see the status of the application as Submitted, and the submitted request is received in the Temenos Digital Assist app.
The application is further processed by the bank staff users in the Temenos Assist app. For information on the RedHat process flows for the Onboarding applications, click here.
The SME Onboarding Origination journey comprises the following stages:
- Submitted: After an onboarding request for a deposit account is submitted, the request is received in the Infinity Assist solution and assigned the Submitted stage.
- Verification: The Submitted application is reviewed by the bank staff users, while creating customer actions, if required..
- Decision: After the application review is done, the request application is approved or denied.
- Closing: The application goes through delivery and fulfillment and the related activities are done.
- Completed: The request application is moved to Completed once it is approved or denied after manual review (auto-approved or auto-denied in STP flow)
